Cheri is a Tampa native. She received both her Bachelor’s & Master’s in Nursing from the University of Tampa. She holds a Board Certification from the American Credentialing Center. She began her career in Dermatology in the 1980’s. She has been trained extensively in both medical skin diseases and aesthetic medicine. She has been a National GAIN Trainer for Galderma Pharmaceuticals for more than 10 years, training medical professionals on injecting techniques for Restylane products, Dysport, & Sculptra Aesthetic. In 2017, she started her own aesthetic training company, Aesthetic Educators.
Over the years she has been fortunate to work in dermatology and aesthetics, growing in the field. She is eager to learn new procedures and better ways to treat clients. She attends national aesthetic conferences to keep up with this ever-changing industry. She believes in evidence-based research, and incorporates this into her practice. She has been certified and extensively trained in Botox and dermal fillers, as well as laser resurfacing, IPL, fractional laser, laser hair removal, and sclerotherapy. Her goal is to educate the patient on prevention, skin care, and the effects of aging. Cheri works with patients to develop a customized plan to maintain their youthful look and keep a natural appearance.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 26 years. She has two boys, and a daughter in high school.
Carla Cole, APRN-BC
Master Aesthetic Injector
Carla has more than 23 years of clinical experience in the fields
of Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Aesthetic Medicine. She graduated with honors with a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has taken many advanced training courses, which she believes maintaining a high level of knowledge in this field is so important.
She is passionate about patient education and patient advocacy and
ensures that everyone receives a personal and caring experience. She focuses on providing excellent aesthetic procedures, with always natural results.
She is a single mother of a son and daughter. Carla volunteers regularly at her children’s school, teaches Sunday School at St. John’s Episcopal Church. She is involved in many non-for-profit organizations, and volunteers in the community. In Carla’s spare time, she is an artist and loves oil painting, is a triathlete, and an marathon runner.
Clinical Aesthetician and Massage Therapist
Marcia Duley is a dual-licensed Clinical Esthetician and Massage Therapist. She has been working in the aesthetic field for more than 17 years and as a massage therapist for 24 years.
Over the years she has seen how both fields complement each other for the ultimate outcome. She is certified in Belavi Facelift Massage, Facial & body cupping, Face Mapping, and hand & foot reflexology. She practices restorative and rejuvenating skincare and has specialized training and certifications in the latest aesthetic procedures.
Marcia believes that “the skin is the window to the whole”, and she applies this philosophy to her passion in medical aesthetics. Her goal is to leave every client feeling like they had a day at the spa, no matter what clinical treatment is being performed.
In her spare time, you can find her with her loves, her husband and her rescue dogs. She enjoys everything outside like kayaking, bicycling, going to local beaches , and entertaining.
Michelle has more than 5 years of medical aesthetics and day spa experience. Through this experience, she has taken both entities and combined them to create the perfect balance of pampering and getting excellent results. Achieving medical grade results with a sprinkle of her luxurious touch.
Her goal is to help men and women feel confident in their own skin, and aging beautifully.

DAVID E. HALPERN, MD, FACS
David E. Halpern, MD, FACS is a truly exceptional surgeon, with unparalleled training and experience, receiving board certifications in three areas – Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, General Surgery and Micro-Hand Surgery, demonstrating his broad level of skill and expertise. Certifications were received from the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Board of Surgeons.
The extraordinary depth and breadth of Dr. David E. Halpern’s training provides for optimum aesthetic enhancement and outstanding patient care. Receiving his medical degree from the acclaimed New York University, Dr. David E. Halpern trained at both the prestigious Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City as well as the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
Dr. Halpern is currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Tampa General Hospital and Medical Director of the Wound and Hyperbaric Center at Memorial Hospital. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of South Florida.
